Today I had the opportunity to use my "new" sewing machine that has been in hiding since I got it last Christmas. My homeschool group had a sewing day for moms and any kids that wanted to learn to sew. Our project was a t-shirt dress, the end result is below. I think Dominique likes it, and I was pretty impressed with myself for being able to finish a project. Now I may actually be able to teach my daughters to sew when they're old enough!

I received a sewing machine for this past Christmas and I have yet to remove it from the box... maybe this will inspire me to try and sew something!
